Hrant Vardanyan,“White Lamb’s Dream”.
This is a story woven in a grotesque, absurdity and tragic farce – a look at the world with the eyes of a lamb – that brings forward philosophical thoughts about the meaning of life, loyalty, friendship, love and betrayal. Who are we – human beings or a dumb bleating herd? How do we treat others and ourselves? What do we place upon a pedestal and what do we worship? The film is about how in our modern evil world, commonly, a phenomenon can be seen when a shepherd who is called to lead his people turns out to be a Judas, a betrayer who is ready to sell for thirty pieces of silver.
Ani Hakobyan “The Message”.
The film is the monologue of the hero after death. He found himself in a space between this and the other world. He has nothing to lose, so he wholly opens his heart.
Garegin Zakoyan, “The Art of Prisoners”.
This film is about prison and camp art. It is about the art created under those conditions which make the individuality of a person to be destroyed. The film is about people who try to save their identity instinctively applying to creative work. The film gets the audience to a culture, fenced in high wall and barbed wire, a culture which is tabooed and unknown to the society.
Through the art created in isolation the film helps to see people who are torn away by the society and to look at their face.
«If you love those who love you what reward will you get» (Matthew, 5, 46).
